Singa has grown fast by modernising something everyone loves: karaoke.
Their app brings karaoke into people's homes, and their business platform powers venues across the world. With that growth comes the need for a clearer, faster way to hire.
The team wanted a stronger way to evaluate applicants, save time in the early stages, and keep everything in one place. They're also investing in candidate communication, employer branding, and improving their interview process as they scale.
What changed
“I find Vouch's screening process much stronger. It clearly improves the efficiency of our applicant review, which is something we value. Other systems focus more on automation than AI-driven functionalities. Vouch actually helps us decide — not just track.
”
With Vouch, Singa can review applicants faster and with more clarity. The AI-driven screening gives the team sharper signals about which candidates to move forward, and having everything in one place reduces the manual effort that used to slow down the process.
What's next
Looking ahead, the team is focused on strengthening its interview process — and they'll rely on Vouch's recent launch: structured interviews, AI Notetaker, scorecards, and clearer decision-making.
We're excited to support Singa's growth and the team bringing more music, joy, and karaoke energy to the world.
