When Oslo-based engineering consultancy Boitano set out to scale, they knew structure had to come before size. As a 70-person firm building, designing, and investing in complex projects, their growth depends on hiring clarity — not hiring chaos.
They'd used an early version of Vouch with success. But when Janne Kristiansen joined as CCO — a veteran of Norway's recruitment industry and former Head of Dfind (now Randstad) — she wanted more than another tracking tool.
Janne's take
“What I like most about Vouch is the actual help. It scopes our roles properly, drafts strong job ads, and lets us source from anywhere — LinkedIn, applications, referrals — all in one place. Following up feels natural, not clunky. And when we need to revisit past candidates, it remembers everything. It's a true assistant, not just another ATS.
”
With Vouch, Boitano has built a structured, living talent pool that keeps getting smarter. Every candidate, every note, every decision feeds back into the system — helping them hire faster and with more context.
The result is an AI-powered hiring assistant that makes sourcing, screening, and rediscovering talent simple, all while helping Janne's team focus on what really matters: choosing the right people to help Boitano scale.
“Vouch keeps us sharp, and the product development moves at a pace that's honestly a bit hard to keep up with — in the best way possible.
”
For Boitano, memory wins — and structure compounds.
