Chances are, the best candidate for your new role has already spoken to you before. The problem? They're buried in your old applications and almost impossible to find quickly. Candidate Resurfacing solves this by automatically scanning your past candidates and pulling the most relevant ones back into view, matched against the role you're hiring for.
What's new
- Automatic scan. When you open a job, Vouch looks through your past candidates for good matches.
- Clear results table. See who fits, why they fit, and search or filter as you go.
- Side-by-side views. Open a candidate's profile or a quick fit summary with evidence.
- Progress updates. A banner shows you when resurfacing is running, and you'll get a notification when it's done.
- Smoother experience. Faster loading, better navigation, and some general polish under the hood.
