Tasks and notifications

Set follow-up reminders that surface in a new Tasks view, connect Slack for notifications, and choose when, where, and how you want to be notified about specific things. Plus bulk candidate actions and Word document support.

New

• Manage all your notification preferences from a new dedicated page, and connect Slack to receive Vouch notifications directly in your workspace.
• Set a timed follow-up reminder on any candidate. It surfaces in a new Tasks view when it's due.
• Filter any candidate's timeline by source, process, or job to quickly find what you need.
• Upload and parse candidate resumes in Word format (.doc and .docx).
• Bulk-evaluate, move, assign, or follow multiple candidates at once.
• View open and click counts on messages sent to candidates.

Improved

• AI screening now offers three distinct modes (initial, in-process, and talent pool), each tuned to where the candidate sits in the process.
• When using "Improve with AI" on a message, your full draft is now taken into account.
• AI candidate recommendations are more accurate, thanks to improved date handling.
• Notification copy is clearer, and links now reliably navigate to the right candidate or update.

Other

• You can now find direct links to "Company page content" and "Career pages" on the main Settings page, making them quicker to access.
• Internal improvements to stability and performance.
