Relevant experiences

1-3 years of experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role.

Excellent written and spoken English, with clear and professional communication skills.

Availability to work 9am–6pm PST, Monday to Friday.

Experience using CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk).

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.

Nice to Have

A genuine desire to help and delight customers.

Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment—adaptable, resourceful, and willing to go the extra mile.

Previous experience in fintech, payments, or e-commerce platforms.

Familiarity with B2B transactions or merchant account management.

Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a distributed global team.

About the job
Two is on a mission to become the world's largest B2B payment solution, and we're seeking a Customer Support Representative to be a vital link to our merchants and buyers. In this remote role, you will ensure exceptional service, tackle inquiries with expertise, and represent the quality and care that defines our brand in a fast-paced, global startup environment.
Handle inbound requests from merchants and buyers via email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide exceptional customer support by identifying issues, troubleshooting, and delivering effective solutions.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, product, and engineering) to resolve complex cases.
Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to our internal processes, product features, or support documentation.
